Types of Dispensing Units

Dispensers can be either semi automated or fully automated. Some dispensing equipment takes this a step further by mixing hundred or more products using a specific ratio and then dispensing them.

As well as the different types of units, the equipment can be mounted in a variety of ways. Computer driven or manual adjustments can be included in any of these units which control volume, speed of rotation, and time to dispense. These systems work with containers in nearly any shape or form, including bottles, cans, pails, drums, sticks and drums. No matter the type of substance or container, dispensing equipment can be designed which is perfect for very specific or generalized applications.

Adhesive dispensing equipment can be operated with several methods, as well, from a single, continuous supply to ways which control the size and rate of dispensations. Whether dispensed manually or via semi automated control, power-driven, programmed by a microprocessor, or sprayed or with suck-back control, varying amounts of adhesive or silicone can be rate- and time-controlled, depending on specifications. Some units can also perform a variety of functions and use several features all at once. Some systems can be tied to a SAP system.
